Our Pastor
The Reverend Laura Wade was ordained into ELCA ministry on November 2, 2019. This was the fulfillment of years on the path to serve God's church and God's people.
​
Although recently ordained, Pastor Laura has always served, from her youth as an altar server in the Roman Catholic Church, to teaching Sunday School for 15 years while her children were growing up, to serving as a vicar while she completed her ministry internship.
​
Pastor Laura comes to this call after being a public school counselor for 34 years. She has three adult children and three cute dogs! In her spare time she likes to read, walk and hike, and crochet.
